I-BLTC transducers are intended for general purpose ultrasonic cleaning applications. Standard resonant frequencies range from 22 to 50 kHz (specials on request).
BLT-series transducers use
Poreless Piezo Ceramic
for its superior mechanical and electrical properties (click the link for more details).

Reliability:
Cracks in ceramic elements must not appear after the following temperature cycling test:
Inspection:
- All lots are tested and reported.
- Test items are: resonant frequency, resonant impedance, static capacitance, and insulation resistance.
- One transducer in every 100 is subject to the temperature cycling test as described above, followed by the high voltage breakdown test.
- For user convenience, the resonant frequency of all BLTC converters is classified in to groups (class A to J), separated by 200 Hz, as given in the following table.
